Reloca.ai provides AI-generated relocation reports for individuals and families considering a move to Latin America. Reports are generated based on your questionnaire responses and publicly available data about countries, visa requirements, cost of living, and related factors.

2. No Professional Advice

Reloca.ai reports are informational tools, not professional legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making relocation decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Free summaries are provided at no cost after completing the questionnaire and providing your email.
• Full reports are available for a one-time payment of $49 USD, processed through Stripe.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at hello@reloca.ai and we will resolve it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information in the questionnaire.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our data or AI models.
• Redistribute reports commercially without permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Reloca.ai is owned by us. Your purchased report is licensed for your personal use. You may share your PDF report with family members but may not resell or commercially distribute it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reloca.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided in reports.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers (Stripe for payments, Latam Estates for ongoing support). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
